The warmest house in the world

Implementation of Carbon-fiberglass frame, vacuum thermal insulation, and PassivHause construction standards make our house the warmest residential building in the world. Combined with record warm windows, PassivDom has the lowest heat loss, and thus it is easy to implement its autonomy


Solar panels on the roof fully satisfy house energy needs. Surplus energy is stored in a battery which provides enough storage for two weeks of autonomous function of the module in conditions of total sun absence. In addition, the house heats and conditions the air on its own, cleans drinking water and generates oxygen.

Made using 3D-printer

3D-printing is used for the production of the house frame. We create the base of the future house – its walls, roof, fundamental platform. Factory-produced modules can be assembled on a land lot within a day.

The smart house

All house devices are connected into the Internet Of Things (IoT) network, so the systems of PassivDom are managed remotely with a smartphone.
The self-learning system controls the air quality inside: carbon dioxide content, humidity, oxygen.

Self-learning heat recovery ventilation with carbon dioxide control system and air quality (oxygen content, humidity).

Security system

PassivDom is anti-theft. 3d class level security (WK3) DIN V ENV 1627-1630.

Internet of Things network

All house devises are connected into IoT network and managed remotely with the owner’s smartphone.

Video surveillance

A constant online house video surveillance system with face recognition integrated with iPhone/Android control.
